Questionable ethical reasoning in the job search

Article Abstract:

Students, in their search for a job, adopt non-traditional methods and justify their actions. They go back on their non-acceptance of a job, lie during interviews, are unaware of the commitment to the job, attend interviews for experience, and do not maintain confidentiality. All this is due to the fact that students do not comprehend the values involved in a job search, but since they are willing to learn and change, career service faculty are teaching students to be sincere when seeking a job.
