A resume of employers' views on resumes

Article Abstract:

A survey conducted by the University of South Dakota to determine the standard form of a resume reveals that new trends have emerged. Employers answered a questionnaire pertaining to resume presentation, and they felt that color or texture of paper is insignificant compared to legibility, which is best on a light colored paper. Employers prefer two page resumes mentioning specific career objectives, GPA of career-related course studies, previous experience, and references.
