Whose job is it to interest students in careers?

Article Abstract:

Different views exist among students about the development of interest in careers. A large number of students think interest in career issues must be created by the college. Some students are concerned about their careers from the freshman classes, although sometimes they change their goals afterwards. Some persons think that the educational institutions and corporations are responsible for spreading interest about careers among the students while some other persons think that it is the duty of the career service personnel. Students are also responsible for this issue.
