The French fine chemicals group, SKW Biosystems, which is in the process of changing to Degussa Health & Nutrition France, is increasing the capital of four specialised subsidiaries. SKW Cultures & Enzymes will increase its capital from EUR 40,000 to EUR 7.7mn, Degussa Flavours & Fruit Systems France is increasing to EUR 24.7mn, Degussa Texturant Systems is increasing to EUR 78.5mn, and SKW Gelatin & Specialities is increasing its capital to EUR 63.6mn.
