FRANCE: CLAMOSOL CAPITAL INCREASE, NAME CHANGE
Article Abstract:
The French company, Clamosol, which specialises in fuel engine systems for the motor industry has changed status to a public limited company, and welcomed Laurent Burelle (Chairman), Jacques de Rijckevorsel (vice-Chairman), Paul-Henry Lemarie and Foster Brown on to its Board of Governors. It has increased its capital by EUR 31.4mn, in exchange for contributions from Solvay and Plastic Omnium. Clamosol has also moved its HQ to the 9th arrondissement in Paris, and changed its name to Inergy Automotive Systems.

Jacques Van Rijcke-Vorsel has become the boss of Solvay Automotive Plastics & Systems (the former Gersol company), based in Paris. The French firm also named Philippe Coste, Claude Mathier and Jean Nanoux as members of the board of directors.
