FRANCE: HOECHST ROUSSEL VET TRANSFER TO 2 COMPANIES

Article Abstract:

Hoechst Roussel Vet will transfer the marketing of its products sold in France (an activity worth a net FFr 169mn) to Intervet, based in Angers . The latter will increase its capital by FFr 7.49mn (from FFr 10mn today) as a result. Hoechst Roussel Vet, based in Romainville with a capital worth FFr 7.7mn, will also bring its production activity worth FFr 80.2mn to Pharmagyne. The latter, based in Puteaux will increase its capital to FFr 64.72mn as a result of the transfer, from FFr 5.5mn today.

FRANCE: PRODETA BOUGHT BY HOECHST ROUSSEL VET

Article Abstract:

The French company Prodeta SA has been acquired 70% by Wiesbaden-based Hoechst Roussel Vet GmbH. The German company has the option for the remaining shares of Prodeta, which was until now a subsidiary of Guyomarch Nutrition Animale SA and generates an annual turnover of about FFr 23mn.
