Alpha PC Fab GmbH of Altdorf, Germany has sold one of its product groups to Lackwerke Peters GmbH + Co.KG of Kempten with effect from 15 September 2001. The products, so-called "Schaltungsdrucklacke" are for electronics industry applications.

Worwag Coatings L.L.C., a US subsidiary of German Karl Worwag Lack- und Farbenfabrik GmbH & Co.KG, has taken over the full stock of Egyptian Coatings of the US from Egyptian Lacquer Manufacturing Co. of Franklin, Tennessee. The deal is backdated to 1 December 2000.
