Cash flow is the backbone of any thriving business. Control of flow of cash must be budgeted for the maximum and minimum flows. With exports and imports, flow of cash is slower, and a company must be prepared for this decrease in turn around time. Credit terms with international trade may also cause delays and unusual foreign currency exchange.
