Tomorrow's Chief Executive

Article Abstract:

Good management techniques are based on gut feelings and instinct from experience rather than always by the book. Self- confidence plays a major role in a manager's style and one must convey that self assurance to employees. Schooling plays an important role in developing a managers knowledge and management techniques prior to having held one's first job. One must think of the company as one's own and the attitude will be adopted.
