Service management software is in demand

Article Abstract:

Internet infrastructure adds to IT challenge

Article Abstract:

However, rapidly changing technologies, shortage of professionals and confusing plethora of support tools make the development of an intranet a challenging and difficult process. Another area of concern is the security and integrity of corporate information and transactions when exposed to outsiders.
