Siebel Systems Inc's Siebel Service Enterprise

Siebel Systems Inc achieved a firm position in the customer service environment by developing various support software applications such as the Siebel Service Enterprise. First released in Dec 1996 as a supplement to Siebel Sales Enterprise, Siebel Servive Enterprise offers superior call management capability as well as excellent call logging feature. Using the Escalation Manager, an optional interface for setting process rules, Siebel Service Enterprise can implement processes that are not supported as standard.

Siebel Systems Inc's customer support tool, Siebel Service Enterprise, offers excellent call management capability. The software package also offers good call loggin, allowing users to keep track of important information. The product also includes a parser for reading and intrepreting e-mail, allowing the automatic conversion of an e-mail into a call. Siebel Systems, a publicly traded company, had 1997 revenues of $118.8 million, up 203% from the previous year.
