Speaking Practically: Extra Touches Will Improve Training

Article Abstract:

Attention to certain details can improve the quality of training sessions. Transportation, parking, and lodging should be convenient. Training areas should have ventilation, good lighting and comfortable seating. Trainees should be provided with an agenda, supplies, and clear, explicit training material. Instructors should have knowledge of the product and business practices and should be aware of the trainee's need. Other specific suggestions are given.
