The importance of the office environment has finally become a focal point. Technology, such as video display terminals, has brought newer problems to the office environment, and new trends. Human factors will continue to gain more importance. Larger CRT displays will be available as will smaller workstations. Social isolation will be a problem that will have to be dealt with. Drawings of the office of the future are included.
