A positive outlook is key to management success

Article Abstract:

According to Bill Yeargin, a CPA, people who think positive are more likely to be successful in all aspects of life than those who crumble under the negative possibilities. Invariably, managerial skills too are dependent on the individual's attitude towards life. The following corollary is that in order to run a business successfully, the managerial personnel must have an optimistic outlook. Steps to change the mindset of management towards positive thinking are suggested.
