Acxiom, Optima form alliance on e-CRM application

Article Abstract:

Acxiom Corp and Optima Technologies have formed a strategic alliance that will incorporate Acxiom's AbiliTec CDI software and InfoBase data into Optima's ExSellence Suite of customer relationship management tools. AbiliTec is a CDI software that allows customer relationship management systems to create a comprehensive view of the customer across the business enterprise. On the other hand, Optima's ExSellence supports sales, marketing and customer service functions across the enterprise.

Acxiom expands AbiliTec offerings

Article Abstract:

Acxiom Corp has unveiled the AbiliTec Database License that allows its AbiliTec software to be used by companies for the management of a single database with the option of upgrading in the future to an enterprise license. The Little Rock customer data solutions vendor also introduced the AbiliTec-Enabled Services, which can be used in the development and delivery of prepackaged application-specific Acxiom service solutions.

TPG, British Post Office, Singapore Post form alliance

Article Abstract:

TNT Post Group NV has entered into a joint venture agreement with Singapore Post and the British Post Office. The alliance will result in the creation of the largest business mailing partnership having a clientele of over 200 countries and a total sales of $429.4 million. The new firm, which will be based in Belgium, will be 51% owned by TPG while Singapore Post and British Post will share the remainder.
