Any colour as long as we're in the black

Article Abstract:

Taylor Woodrow Homes California offers purchasers of its homes the opportunity to customize their home to their specific requirements. Customers are able to meet directly with an architect if they wish, or they can choose to use the standard options system, which offers fully designed and priced variations to each standard house design. They may also suggest any custom options that will not have a negative impact on the structural integrity of the house. The company's houses are quite large, making them ideal for the options system, although the system would also be effective for smaller homes.

Local area networking: local labour and businesses don't always measure up to the demands of the regeneration projects that were supposed to help them

Article Abstract:

Managers of regeneration schemes say that it is difficult to get local labour employed on a site and even more difficult to find local contractors, who find that employing newly trained local labour can adversely affect productivity. Local firms often do not have the capability to take on larger contracts, but Mike Harry, director of Inner City Employment believes that local firms should be given the skills to make them attractive to main contractors.
