Cardstore.com customizes direct mail

San Francisco, CA-based Cardstore.com has launched a direct marketing and direct mail customized printing service for individual and corporate customers. Its customized direct mail can be used for communicating news about corporate events, new products and special offers as well as welcoming new customers. For individuals, the company can customize greeting cards and mail announcing parties and other events. Clients using the service can create and tailor their messages via Cardstore.com's Web site using either various, generic, rich media, full-color images from the company's menu or by downloading their own images.

Los Angeles, CA-based Tickemaster.com has entered into an agreement with Western Union in Mar 2001 that provides users with a link to Western Union's MoneyZap service. Tikcetmaster.com customers who bought tickets for a group can send e-mails to others in the group to tell them how much money they owe through MoneyZap. The deal will also provide a link to MoneyZap on other sites within the Ticketmaster.com network, including Citysearch.com, Match.com, livedaily.com and CityAuction.com.

Credit union customers can e-mail cash

HyperWallet has chosen HomeBank Technologies Inc to provide 350,000 members in 38 Canadian credit unions with the ability to e-mail cash within North America. Vancouver, BC-based Hypewallet.com allows consumers to make person-to-person e-mail and online payments to e-tailers using cash from their credit union accounts. The use of Homebank.net will enable credit union membes to transfer funds into their HyperWallet account through ther online banking service.
