Flooring the opposition with mastic asphalt

Article Abstract:

Mastic asphalt is becoming increasingly popular as a flooring material in the UK. It is now widely acknowledged that mastic asphalt flooring has a number of advantages over floors made from wood, concrete or other materials, particularly the fact that water cannot penetrate the strong, durable surface. Latest mastic asphalt is very versatile, and can be used as flooring under any conditions and in any type of building. Mastic asphalt is extremely practical, but also looks attractive.

Scots set to back Miralles' 110m pounds sterling parliament

Article Abstract:

Most Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs) seem to be in favour of approving the 110 million pounds sterling Scottish parliament building designed by architect Enric Miralles. Presentations have been made to MSPs by Miralles and the project team, but there is still a considerable amount of indecision among MSPs. Some are worried about the 14 million pounds sterling in penalties that would be incurred if the project were cancelled.
