Direct marketing agencies have seen several changes in the market over the years, and they have survived thru all the ups and downs to be a much stronger force than ever before to be reckoned with. With the digital revolution and use of the Internet, mass media reach has diminished and it is time for the direct marketers to take the drivers seat, especially after the enforcement of the no-call list.
