Eziba signs deals with Homeportfolio, EthnicGrocer

Article Abstract:

Eziba, a handcrafted goods online retailer based in Adams, MA, has signed agreements with Homeportfolio.com and EthnicGrocer. Eziba and Homeportfolio will form a co-branded Web site that will feature Eziba's merchandise. Also, Newton, MA-based Homeportfolio will provide its viewers with a link to Eziba within the home design site's 'recommended' channel. In the other deal, Eziba and EthnicGrocer will enter into co-marketing and co-merchandising efforts, such as linking Eziba with EthnicGrocer's viewers.

Microsoft showcases Web services at RadioShack

RadioShack Corp has entered into a co-marketing agreement with Microsoft Corp. The agreement involves incorporating Microsoft Internet Centers into the electronics chain's stores. Microsoft's basic and broadband Internet services will be featured in 5,800 RadioShack outlets. RadioShack's sales representatives will guide customers through what MSN offers as an Internet service provider. The agreement is expected to solidify RadioShack's brand as an Intenet-related store.

Deal enables credit card purchases

Article Abstract:

Minotola National Bank has entered into an agreement with credit card payment services firm, E-Commerce Exchange (ECX). The deal involves the marketing of a co-offering to ECX clients. Irvine, CA-based ECX will market Minotola's merchant accounts and services to its customer base, including transferring and monitoring funds for e-business transactions. Minotola will receive transaction fees and merchant fees for the service.
