Following arrest, consultant threatens to sue boatbuilder

Article Abstract:

Boat consultant William Dennis Suit said he would file his own lawsuit against boatbuilder American Marine Holdings after the latter sued Suit for stealing its trade secrets in order to get a multi-million dollar federal contract. American Marine Holindgs, which builds the Donzi and Pro-Libe boats has charged Suit with grand theft, theft of a trade secret and attempted solicitation and conspiracy. Suit and his company, Sand and Sea, were previously hired by Donzi Marine as consultant for the development of a twin-engine craft to be used by amphibious forces.
