Grady-White honors top dealers at meeting

Article Abstract:

Grady-White Boats in Greenville, NC, recently honored its top dealers at its annual dealer conference. Receiving two Gold Anchor Awards is Southold, NY-based Port of Egypt Marine. The first gold award was for its achievement of the highest sales volume and the second for the highest level of customer satisfaction among all Grady-White dealers for 1998. Meanwhile, there were 13 dealerships which garnered the Grady-White Silver Anchor Award for sales volume and customer satisfaction. Now part of the company's Admiral's Circle are Bayside Marine, Boats Inc., J. Catalano & Sons, Cataumet Boats and Mariner Marine.

Mainship and magazine sponsors 'TrawlerPorts'

Article Abstract:

St Augustine, FL-based boat manufacturer Mainship Corp, and magazine, 'Passagemaker,' have agreed to sponsor five TrawlerPorts at four major boat shows. The shows include the Newport International Boat Show, the Miami International Boat Show, the US Powerboat SHow in Annapolis, MD, and the Seattle International Boat Show. Mainship is also one of the major sponsors of four West Marine Trawlers Fests.
