Internet service offers postcard production for corporate clients

USAData in Jan 2001 introduced a postcard service intended to help corporate sales representatives or franchises save money on postcard mailings. The company provides corporate clients with a secured Web page where sales representatives or franchises can create corporate-branded postcard campaigns for their local market. USAData's service offers mail templates specific to 12 industry categories, such as automotive, business products and services, computers, finance and legal, food, home and garden, home improvement, medical fitness, real estate, retail and travel.

Click Tactics partners with Liberty Creative

Click Tactics Inc and Liberty Creative have created a partnership to provide credit unions fast access to direct marketing tools on the Internet. Under the agreement, Click Tactics will offer its library of direct marketing campaign content, Internet order entry and complete back- end fulfillment to Liberty's new online marketing service DirectWeb. Charlotte, NC-based Click Tactics provides an online direct marketing application service, while Mounds View, MN-based Liberty prints checks for credit unions.

Hanover direct offers online auctions

Article Abstract:

Hanover Direct, based in Weehawken, NJ, announced in early Oct 2000 that it is offering online auctioning at most of its major catalog sites. The new service will enable the company to liquidate excess inventory and provide a new venue for merchandising and promotional opportunities. According to Hanover's VP of digital commerce Ajoy Vachher, merchandise is offered at very low prices, where there are low minimum bids and, in some cases, no minimum bids at all.
