UK mortgage lenders have introduced an interesting new mortgage product called the shared appreciation mortgage to encourage would-be house purchasers. The innovative arrangement requires the borrower to share profit resulting from house price appreciation in return for paying no interest on the loan. The new mortgage appears to be very attractive for the borrower, particularly if it lends a larger sum of money for the purchase of a bigger and better property.

Sundomain Building and Development Corp. beadwindow solarium for Albuquerque-area house, part of bedroom addition, was predicated on curved line as "line of beauty," and houses hot tub, sauna, and handmade mahogany bar. It is accessed by double French doors on the north wall, and has a brick patio, a barrel vault above the roof, a large bay window, and a slate floor.
