List Services Corp has bought two new infomercial buyer lists from Slymark Inc. The first list is the ABslide Exercise Equipment file of 500,000 last-six-month buyers of exercise equipment and accessories. The list contains the names of buyers, 50% female, with an average age of 40. On the other hand, the Herbal Energizer Supplement Buyers file has the names of 250,000 last-six-month buyers of energy supplements from the Herbal Energizer Plus infomercial.

ICOMS acquires Cambient

ICOMS, an e-commerce services provider based in Nashua, NH, has acquired Cambient, a technology consulting company specializing on connecting firms with customers in real time. According to iCOMS, the merger allows it to offer a wider modula suite of applications delivered as a managed service. ICOM's new outsourcing models also allow it offer e-business solutions that eliminate clients' need to recruit, train or manage their own technology staff.

Super Coups acquires Yellow Jacket

Article Abstract:

Coooperative direct mail coupon company Super Coups has announced the acquisition of Yellow Jacket Franchise Corp's franchise system. The deal has added seven, two and one franchises in California, Arizona and Las Vegas, respectively. Super Coups will now have 100 local franchise owners that distributed co-op mailings to 450 franchise units.
