Smith will be responsible for the financial integration of Lowrance Electronics Inc into Cobra which is in the process of acquiring the marine electronics maker. Smith will also handle investor relations and additional business development. Smith was a managing director in the corporate finance group at Mesirow Financial Inc prior to joining Cobra.

SeaView Video Technology Inc

Article Abstract:

George Bernardich III has been designated CEO of SeaView Video Technology, succeeding Rich McBride, and will assume the latter's seat on the board of directors. Michael Ambler will be Bernardich's replacement as the company's COO while Douglas Bauer is SeaView's new CEO. Bernardich joined SeaView after he retired from JCPenney, where Ambler was the former director of surplus liquidation. SeaView manufactures marine, medical and security video camera equipment.
