Internet direct marketing firms Impiric and ValueFlash.com have entered into an alliance that involves the use of ValueFlash's major product, Vflash Messenger. The product is a downloadable desktop application that enables businesses to conduct real time communications with their clients. Impiric, one of the biggest offline direct marketing companies, hopes that ValueFlash's unique proprietary approach to delivering information will enhance Impiric's online capabilities and its ability to reach consumers at all touch points.

Neteos targets smaller firms with CRM

Burligton, MA-based Neteos Inc has launched eRMNOW, a new service that allows small- and medium-sized companies to integrate in a single database their sales, marketing and support activities. The service consists of three modules. The eRNMarketing if for marketing, lead information and channel/partner management. The eRMSales is for account, contract and pipeline management. The eRMSupport is for support case and knowledge base management.
