Purpose and process in successful sales

Article Abstract:

Manufactured home retailers are advised to know the difference between their firm's purpose and the the results they are aiming for to enable them to retain their competitiveness and sustainability in the industry. Making money or increasing profits is the results while selling more houses is the purpose. A move that fulfills the purpose results in more profits. Defining the purpose and establishing the process towards the purpose is the task of a firm's management so that company roles are defined and activities are coordinated towards the attainment of the purpose.

Sales training: is it really necessary?

Article Abstract:

Manufactured home retailers should consider the importance of training their salespeople to improve sales. Managers must realize that sales training is a process and not an event and an effective training process is given with an upper management participation because an absence would suggest poor leadership and low regard to the training. Training is required to be an in-house process that should be given by the manager himself on a daily basis.
