USPS will release finacl CMRA ruling

Article Abstract:

The US Postal Service could present its modified privacy rules concerning private mailboxes at commercial mail receiving agencies (CMRAs). The rules require individuals or small mail-order firms that want to receive their mail at CMRAs will have to fill out forms which contain comprehensive personal information. The rules were implemented to curtail mail fraud but it has caused concern among individuals because of potential invasion of their privacy since information about the forms are provided by local post offices.
