Show business

Article Abstract:

Admiral Homes has extensively promoted the very high energy efficiency levels of the homes at its Homefields development in Yatton Keynell, Wiltshire, England. However, it has found that prospective purchasers have not been easily convinced about the merits of energy efficiency, and two of the four homes remain unsold. Design and the rural location have proved to be more attractive selling points than energy efficiency.
