Speed penalty

Article Abstract:

Many problems can arise when testing and commissioning building services, especially if insufficient time is allowed for these procedures. Problems which arise after buildings are handed over are usually the result of pressures on installers which forced them to commission buildings too quickly, according to the Commissioning Specialists Association, which works to increase awareness of those involved in the commissioning of building services. Main contracts are given a great deal of power, while commissioning services is not seen as a priority.
