Stein Rogan wins ClubMom

Stein Rogan and Partners has been selected by New York, NY-based ClubMom Inc as its first advertising agency of record in a review involving five other unidentified agencies. Stein, which is also based in New York, is charged with launching MomRewards, ClubMom's new loyalty program across product categories. The program will be unveiled in Apr 2001 in four test markets, followed by a nationwide launch in September. In promoting the MomRewards program, Stein will employ various channels, but the focus will be on direct marketing.

Burger King taps DraftWorldwide

DraftWorldwide has been chosen to manage Burger King's merchandising and promotions efforts. The Chicago-based direct marketing agency will also be responsible for strategic planning, point-of-purchase material, field services and calendar planning. The company's work for Burger King starts on Mar 2001, beginning with on-air creative. DraftWorldwide bested seven other agencies for Burger King's account including Alcone Marketing Group but the latter retains its premium manufacturing agency of record.
