Successful tests lead eZiba to expand catalog efforts

Article Abstract:

EZiba.com plans to mail around 10 catalogs throughout 2001 following the successful run of a several e-mail and catalog test campaigns. The North Adams, MA-based multichannel retailer of artisan-made goods saw its sales in Dec 2000 surpassed its business plan by 32%, and also reported an average order size of around $120. On Jan 15, the first catalog, with a Valentine's Day theme, went out to over 400,000 customers and has seen a response of more than 1%.
