Spring thaw

Article Abstract:

The UK construction industry is seeing an increase in project commissions and contracts throughout the whole country in early 1999. Don't back a two-horse race

Article Abstract:

The public sector practice of using two preferred bids when at the best offer stage during contract negotiations results in extra resources being tied up and too many people involved on deals. The aim of public sector firms should be to put more time and effort into early stage negotiations, thus reducing the time needed at a later date.
