The inflatable cafe

Article Abstract:

The innovative design for the Cellular Operations call centre new restaurant in Swindon, England, includes a roof made of ethyltetrafluoroethelene. The restaurant will cost 750,000 pounds sterling and will be located in a park nearby a lake. It is due to be completed in Aug 2000. Architects Richard Hywell Evans Architecture and Design decided to place the building beside an earth berm to its rear, whilst the front of the building overlooks the lake. There was some concern over finding the best way of anchoring the lightweight roof to the building.
