E-commerce site to help public radio

Article Abstract:

Radiomusicstore.com, an Internet retailer of classical music, will launch a direct mail campaign to help raise programming money for public radio stations. The site donates 15% of any purchase to the public radio stations affiliated with the site. There are currently more than 10 radio stations that have an agreement with radiomusicstore.com, which aims to have 50 to 100 stations signed on by the end of 1999.

Western Multiplex. a provider of high-capacity, point-to-point fixed wireless connectivity solutions based in Sunnyvale, CA, has launched an advertising campaign in May 2001 to increase awareness of its Tsunami Wireless Ethernet Bridges. The print ads will appear in information technology trade, education and health publications and will tie into its GoConnect Partner program.
