Article Abstract:

It is becoming increasingly common in the UK for housebuilders to incorporate patterned brickwork into their designs. Patterned brickwork adds interest and colour, and may help to satisfy planners by making new developments blend in better with existing buildings. It can be expensive to use patterned brickwork, but investing more in construction may actually prove beneficial in the longer term, as it can increase income from sales.
