Mortgage lenders are considering the viability of financing the manufactured homes industry. This venture wherein manufactured homes are classified as real property benefits not only lenders but also homebuyers, manufacturers and retailers. Other favorable factors include the appreciation of manufactured homes' value, the industry's increasing market acceptance, the upgraded product quality and the provision of better siting options. The manufactured homes industry thus offers lenders a market which promises to be a profitable and growing market.
