Yamaha revamps dealer and OEM sales divisions

Yamaha Marine Group Co, Kennesaw, GA, has consolidated its dealer and OEM sales divisions into one single sales unit. The restructuring was announced by Yamaha Marine Power VP Jack Malone, who also announced the appointment of Yamaha OEM Sales Mgr Tim Fernandez as Gen Mgr of the new unit. The company also announced the appointment of Paul Tomsche as the national sales manager for Yamaha's dealer sales organization. Arne Irwin was appointed as the company's department manager of dealer development.

Martinez, Meurlot are among OMC executive promotions

Waukegan, IL-based boat and engine manufacturer Outboard Marine Corp (OMC) has announced additional changes in its executive ranks. Eric T. Martinez has been appointed the Senior Finance VP and Treasurer. He will continue to carry out his existing responsibilities as CFO until his successor is named. OMC North American Engine Operations Mfg Senior VP Sandra Meurlot has been named the company's new Human Resources VP. Terry Stinson will take over Meurlot's previous position.
