How's your diet? Do you think you eat well? Six volunteers kept meticulous records for a week of all they ate and drank to find out how easy it is to get a good, balanced diet

Article Abstract:

Six volunteers participated in a study to help them eat better to improve their health. They ate according to their normal eating habits and then were advised on how to change them if necessary. Many participants were missing nutrients such as calcium and fiber while getting too much fat. The Australian Guide to Healthy Eating can help people improve their diets as these people were advised to do.

We have been using homemade cleaners for years. They are a great way to save money and your health. Just look into the chemicals that are in those commercial cleaners and you will see what I mean.

Window cleaners

Article Abstract:

Seven window spray cleaners were tested by 72 Choice magazine readers. Windex was the favorite because it ranked high in removing dirt and leaving the fewest number of streaks. JIF Glass Plus was second because it required more effort to get windows streak-free. Savings Window Cleaner ranked seventh because it seemed too watery and the bottle was clumsy to use.
