Measuring Irish housing quality(includes bibliography)

Article Abstract:

The housing market in Ireland flourishes due to an increase in economic activity. Development of the housing market, characterized by an owner-occupation structure, has brought a corresponding improvement in the quality of Irish housing. Using a hedonic model, an analysis of Irish housing shows that price differences correlate the quality of housing. Also, several factors that influence the price of a house includes floor area, number of houses per estate, plus the number of bedrooms.
