The enterprise isolation program in Romania

Article Abstract:

The isolation program for companies that are financially problematic in Romania was evaluated. Findings show that no concrete developments were brought by the isolation program in operational performance. Also, the process of privatization or the liquidation process of losing companies was not improved. These caused inhibitions for the development of enterprise restructuring programs.
