Conan the librarian faces race challenge

Article Abstract:

Conan Henry, a librarian at London Metropolitan University, has seen the Employment Appeal Tribunal reopen a case that he brought against the university alleging discrimination and victimisation for bring charges of racism. The new tribunal upholds the finding of the original tribunal that Henry had suffered discrimination but questions whether he was actually subjected to victimisation.

Leading scientist faces censure

Keith Kendrick, internationally renowned UK academic, will be called before a disciplinary panel to answer allegations of 'scientific malpractice' over research findings published in Nature. Kendrick is head of the Laboratory of Cognitive and Behavioural Neuroscience at Babraham Institute.
