God, the Russians and unk-unks willing

Article Abstract:

Scientists have been designing a new space station which will be assembled in space. The American module has been put into space alongside the Russian module. Communication links between the modules were carried out by astronauts. The cost of the new space station is predicted to be around $20 billion. It will be known as the International Space Station and it will be used for research purposes. Russia, the USA, Italy, Japan and Canada are taking part but the British government has no plans to join the project. Britain spends around 200 million pounds sterling on space projects yearly.

Greatest story ever told

Article Abstract:

Sheffield University, England, Department of Biblical Studies Lecturer and Author Philip Davies maintains the Bible has been used to support claims of the existence of an Israeli state, prior to the occupation of the Arabs. He suggests the overwhelming desire to find out about ancient Israel has led to materials from other time periods, found on archaeological digs, being discarded. He points out some of the Old Testament Bible is not considered to be historically accurate yet other parts are accepted without investigation.
