Is there a dissenter in the house

Article Abstract:

The Liberal Democratic party is supporting the view that UK business enterprises should help fund higher education provision. They do not support the Labour Government in charging students tuition fees but have accepted the need to abolish the maintenance grant. The Conservative party are calling for the government to ensure that poorer students will be able to attend university. The Labour government was endorsed by its party on the introduction of tuition fees. Some Labour backbenchers are concerned about the cessation of free tuition and plan to vote against the policy.

The Labor party is proposing a University for Industry with links to homes and workplaces using computers. Both parties claim their policies will solve skills shortages and unemployability.
