Sexual harassment in the schools

Article Abstract:

Instances of sexual harassment in schools are fast increasing despite laws prohibiting such occurences. Such harassment has become so widespread and common that some students fail to realize that they already have become victims. Moreover, such practices have increased as a result of some school administrator's failure to take legal action against perpetrators of such crime. Several guidelines which could help educators deal with sexual harassment and identify harassment victims are presented. These recommendations may help prevent legal problems which may arise from episodes of sexual harassment.
