Telling tales out of school

Article Abstract:

Early in life children are able to hold conversations with their toys and make up stories around them. Later on a child can tell stories to others and hold their attention. Some children may in later life have problems distinguishing between the reality and the fantasy in play. Other games and stories can be introduced to help children understand aspects of life which may be frightening or puzzling to them.
