The United Kingdom's universities are ranked in order of vice-chancellor (v-c) salary, with details of the number of people earning between UKPd70,000 and UKPd99,999 and over UKPd100,000 also listed. LBS comes top of the table, paying its v-c, L. Tyson, UKPd315,000 in 2002-2003, followed by Imperial which paid its v-c, R. Sykes, UKPd251,000 and Aberdeen which paid its v-c, D. Rice, UKPd235,000.
