Creating a retail experience

Suggestions are given with few examples, for retailers to make their outlets a great experience for the customer to shop-in. Today's customer is more adventurous in shopping and want to feel real experience of the quality of goods in the shopping centers. Exceeding the customer's expectations and concentrating on customer satisfaction is the best way to make good retailing business.
