Customer connection

Article Abstract:

Sales staffs play a vital role in increasing sales and profits by selling higher margin accessory products with every Consumer Electronic (CE) sale. Demonstrating the utilities of accessories and offering additional information by the sales staff can make a difference while selling these accessories. Employee recognition in the form of a positive incentive can be offered for bundling each sale with accessories. Also, commissions on the primary component can be deducted when it is not sold with an accessory.
